Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God." - 1 Corinthians 6:20, 10:31 The 20’s Group here at Calvary Chapel Mountain View is a gathering of believers, aged 18-29 that desire to glorify God in all that they do. With this in mind the Group’s Mission is two fold. - To Grow in Christ, by using our gifts to minister to each other. o By Teaching from the Word of God: In a verse-by-verse format, where discussion is encouraged, and growth expected. o By Praising God in Worship: We thank Him for all that he has done in our lives. o By Breaking Bread Together: We share dinner together and hang out with one another. o By Praying Together: We seek from the Lord all the blessings he has for us, that will benefit our walk with Him. - To Minister to those Around Us o By proclaiming truth in our schools, workplaces, families, and community: To equip and encourage evangelism in the mission field that God has placed us in. o By ministering to the physical needs of those in our community: We have a weekly outreach to Downtown San Jose reaching out to the Homeless, providing more than just food but friendship as well.
